The leasing office has always repaired any issue we had within 24 hours. There is a 24 hour Walmart that sells groceries within walking distance. It's five minutes from Historic Ellicott City.
The kids that live here have no supervision and go around pulling the fire alarms causing fire fighters to have to turn it off, and they run around screaming and destroying things. They also play in the parking lot near the cars and I’ve seen cars be hit by the Children’s toys. In May 2018, LG Evans was awarded the Pintail Crossing affordable housing project located in Farmington, NY by Conifer-Lechase Construction. Pintail Crossing is a large multi-unit housing development consisting of 125 – 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartment units. The development is equipped with a community room, fitness room, computer lab and laundry center.
Worst place I’ve ever lived.
Neighbors smoking weed, lackadaisical approach to up keeping the property, and no follow-up to service requests. The biggest gripe of all, a mice infestation, had to report a couple of times to get someone to come out, requiring me to remove everything from my kitchen to allow for pest control. First time no one showed up, and so had to do this whole process twice. When someone finally did come they did a horrible job in placing the traps which resulted in my wife and I sticking to the traps. No follow-up was done after the first visit, had to go out and buy my own traps and catch the mice myself. A pet profile (with PetScreening.com) and agreement for each pet required.
All roads and highways are easily accessible. We would like to apologize for this experience and sorry to hear you were less than satisfied. We saw a mouse walks in to the unit twice, and found mouse droppings on the kitchen countertops every morning and carpet in the living room. After I installed a mouse repellent, I haven't seen it so far. But I have been very stressed out while living here for a year; even during the night, I could not sleep well since then. Whenever I hear some noises, I just get freaked out and so stressed. The staffs pretend they try to fix it, but actually I don't see that they care/fix problem. It's surprising to see there are couple other reviews mentioning about the same problems too, but they still don't do anything about it.
Even though you clean up and throw out garbage daily, rodents still show up. Spoke to neighbor below me, they also have the same issue. Also, saw rodent peeking underneath heater door which is located at the balcony. While we appreciate the feedback, our team fulfills maintenance requests in the order in which they are received. If you feel as though it has taken longer than expected, please call the Management Office to address this concern and we will make sure to look into it for you. The maintainance team in howard crossing is very rude.
In the bathroom we got a new toilet seat as well with new sinks, mirror, and tiles. Also contrary to many other apartments I know, we can control the heat in our apartment during winter ourselves by adjusting it as we want. Overall my apartment is okay compared to many others but it still needs improvement.
When I have moved out apartment, they charged me for wear and tear and lots of expenses that they have charged almost one month rent. They expect to be brand new appliances and all the things brand new. I wanted to give zero stars but I did not have any options to give zero stars. I'm living with my 8 year old son in a two bedroom apartment in Ellicott City.
Pros- I recently moved in and the leasing agent I worked with, Diana, was very pleasant and helpful, as well as all other staff in the office. Since moving in I submitted a maintenance request through the online portal and it was fixed within 24 hours. Cons - The grounds could definitely be better maintained. Trash and litter scattered in front of building and parking lot. I have been living on this apartment for more than 2 years.
I am just disgusted and can't wait to move out when the lease is over in a month. Also, there has been water break two-three times this past year. The last winter, we had no hot water for two days- we were told that they will fix it by the afternoon, but we had no hot water until next day at night in the winter.
Rental cost is competitive with others in the area. Oh and ...it is well insulated so I don't hear my neighbors on the side or upstairs at all. Furnished Studio 8870 Columbia 100 Pkwy is an apartment building with 1 floorplan, and studio units available. It has building amenities including onsite management, on site laundry, controlled access, wheelchair accessible, and elevator. I haven't been here long yet, but so far I like this place a lot.
My apartment has two rooms, a bathroom, a living room connected to a kitchen. The building doesn't have any elevator which makes it very hard to get to the 3rd floor especially when one has things to carry up. Another thing that is not so convenient is the fact that the apartment is very small.
